簡介：
由香港中文大學天主教研究中心發行的《第二屆二十世紀香港天主教會歷史研討會論文集》是2022年11月以線上形式舉行的第二屆「二十世紀香港天主教會歷史研討會」的成果。該次會議是首次由教友組成的「香港天主教歷史研究小組」負責舉辦，旨在達到教會歷史研究工作薪火相傳的目的。會議結束後，小組成員利用工餘時間全力承擔編校工作，期盼已久的《論文集》終於2025年初付梓。此書共334頁，分為三大主題：「一九四九年以前的本地教會」、「一九四九年以降的本地教會」，以及「天主教人物與事業」，共計中英文論文各五篇，由十一位作者執筆。
 
The Proceedings published by the Centre for Catholic Studies, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, is the result of the “Second Conference on the History of the Hong Kong Catholic Church in the 20th Century” held online in November 2022. This conference was the first to be organized by the “Hong Kong Catholic History Research Group” composed of lay Catholics, with the aim of passing the baton on the research of Hong Kong Catholic Church. After the meeting, members of the Research Group used their spare time to fully undertake the editing and proofreading work. The long-awaited Proceedings was finally published in 2025. This book has a total of 334 pages and is divided into three major themes: “The Local Church before 1949,” “The Local Church after 1949,” and “Catholic Personae and Works.” There are a total of five articles in Chinese and five in English, written by eleven authors.
