簡介：
自梵二以來，教會學的更新和對教友角色的理解，使教友職務在實踐上產生了不少變化。除了在社會中實踐信仰，在教會的運作和架構中，亦加強了教友的參與，教友在不同領域擔任著多元化的職務。可見教友已經從過往的被動配合，轉變為主動委身，具體地參與教會的共融生活，回應上主的召叫，以及善用天主賜予的神恩，與神職人員一起發展教會牧民工作。今期《鼎》的主題探討教友角色和共議性教會的實踐。
 
Since Vatican II, the renewal of ecclesiology and the understanding of the role of the lay faithful have led to the change of lay ministries. In addition to bearing witness in society, the participation of laity in the opera- tion and structure of the church has been strengthened. They hold diversified positions in various forms and fields. It can be seen that the laity have changed from passive cooperation in the past to active commitment, participating concretely in the communion life of the church, making good use of the charism given by God. Together with the clergy, they involve in the development of pastoral work. This issue of Tripod will explore this theme: reflecting on the role of laity in the Catholic Church and the practice of a synodal church.
